Always good service. Has proven his worth many times. Bought two new bikes here and they have been flawless. His advice proved right. Solved problems with many other bikes , even one that an other bike shop created. Solved problem with an old wheel type issue with used parts to keep the bike running. Kept our kid’s problem bike running several times and advised honestly about the bike’s lifetime & to be expected future repairs. This honesty and commitment is why we keep coming back. His focus is on the long term customer satisfaction. There are some dishonest shops in the bike world, but Erbo is NOT one of them. Repair bills are fair, prices new are competitive. Sure, you can’t find everything here, but he stands for what he has.
